What You're Really Asking

Straight answers to the questions everyone has

Yeah, absolutely. Life happens, injuries happen - we get it. You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year with no extra fees. Just give us a week's heads up and we'll sort it out. If you're dealing with an injury, let's chat about modified training options too - sometimes staying active (safely) is better than going cold turkey.

Not even close. Sure, we train hard here, but everyone scales to their own level. Your first few sessions, a coach will walk you through everything - proper form, how to modify movements, when to push and when to back off. Half our members started with zero experience in Olympic lifting or high-intensity training. The only requirement is showing up ready to learn.

Nope. What you see is what you pay - month to month, no strings attached. There's a one-time $50 enrollment fee that covers your initial assessment and setup, but that's it. No cancellation fees either. If it's not working for you, just give us 30 days notice and you're good. We'd rather have people here who actually want to be here.

Yeah, you can switch plans anytime. If you're upgrading, the change kicks in right away. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle. Lots of people start with Starter just to get their feet wet, then move up to Legend once they're hooked. No judgment either way - pick what makes sense for your schedule and goals right now.

These are full one-on-one sessions, 45 minutes each. We'll work on whatever you need - could be Olympic lifting technique, addressing weak points, sport-specific training, or just having someone push you harder than you'd push yourself. Sessions can be used for yourself or split with a training partner if that's your thing. They don't roll over month-to-month though, so use 'em.

Everything's done through our app - super simple. Classes are capped at 16 people so everyone gets attention from the coach. Legend and Elite members can book 7 days out, Starter members get 5 days. If you need to cancel, just do it at least 4 hours before class starts or it counts as a used session for Starter plans. Unlimited members don't need to sweat it.
